And given that Daniella is from Naples, it was an excellent choice. My wife had the bolognese and surprisingly it didn’t have a tomato base. In Daniella’s part of Italy it is a no-no to use tomato sauce when making bolognese sauce.
I think you will find that Keto & Ko is a “home away from home” kind of restaurant and frankly, those are some of the best ones to find. Enjoy
